- Research Nurse
- Research nurses will collect and prepare clinical research data, perform study related tests and procedures and monitor participants’ safety and well-being. Candidates should have flexible scheduling, good communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment. RN licensure required. Clinical Research experience and ACLS certification preferred. Critical Care or Emergency Room experience a plus!
- Med Tech
- The Med Tech will provide high level lab support. He/she will be responsible for obtaining, processing, preparing and auditing specimens. Perform routine tests using chemical and biological investigative procedures. Responds to lab concerns, recognizes problems, determines probable cause and formulates a solution using SOP’s.
Perform CLIA waived tests and the associated quality control as defined in the laboratory’s work instructions. Attend onsite “Site Initiation Visits”. Train new staff members. Track specimen that are stored at SNBL. Document laboratory activities as required by the protocol or the laboratory’s work instructions or SOPs. BS in Medical Technology/Laboratory Science, or closely related. MT (ASCP) or eligible required. 1-3 years lab experience. Experience with processing and packaging specimens.
- Participant Recruitment Manager
- The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining all recruitment efforts for each clinical study. Develops strategy and tactics to reach the participant recruitment goals of each study. Maintains a high level of knowledge and understanding of inclusion/exclusion criteria for all enrolling protocols. Cooperates/collaborates with all staff members involved in serving the participants. Collaborates with community organizations and events to inform, educate and enroll potential participants in clinical trials. Attends pre-study site visits and sit initiation meetings and presents recruitment capabilities to sponsors. Will manage recruitment team. Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field preferred. Experience in clinical research preferred.
- Nurse Practicioner (Women's Health)
- The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for a variety of specialized clinical research activities, ensures that established protocols are implemented, maintains protocol integrity, monitors participant’s status and safety, and plays a significant role in the education of clinical staff and clinical trial participants. Function as the Sub Investigator for Clinical Research Studies. Conduct physical exams in study participants. Monitors and documents all participant’s adverse events, medical condition and response to study medications and treatments. Administers study medications. Arranges for additional pre/post laboratory work or procedures as needed. Must hold a current NP license. Must have gynecological and women’s health experience. Previous experience in clinical research a plus.
